During a recent ISO9120 audit from the EQA, Pexa received the perfect score of 100%, meeting the requirements of the Standard UNE-EN 9120:2006. The internal audit, the involvement of staff and management activity were amongst those noted as its particular strong points. This is an impressive result for Pexa, standing them in good stead against major competitors. Up until this point, Pexa have always scored highly, but this result shows that Pexa stand out from the rest.
To compliment this, the recent customer satisfaction survey results this year were also pleasing. Focusing on delivery, enquiry response, availability of stock, technical advice and product quality, customers were asked to rate these areas from poor to excellent and to leave a comment in order to acquire a deeper insight into the customers’ opinion of Pexa.The response was very positive and comments left by the customers pointed out that Pexa offers a high level of service.
